These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of attuant.com (the "Site"), operated by Attuant Co Ltda, a company organized under the laws of Brazil, enrolled under CNPJ 66.654.550/0001-32 ("Attuant", "we", "us"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Attuant's products — including Malu and Probamed — are governed by their own separate agreements. These Terms cover only this institutional website.
2. Use of the website
The Site is provided for general informational purposes. Its content describes Attuant and its products in good faith and may change at any time without notice. Any dates, roadmaps, or plans mentioned are directional and are not contractual commitments.
3. Intellectual property
The Site and its content — including text, layout, graphics, logos, and the names Attuant, Malu, and Probamed — are owned by Attuant or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and share the content for personal, non-commercial reference, but you may not copy, reproduce, or reuse it for other purposes without our prior written permission.

You agree not to misuse the Site. In particular, you agree not to:

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, and the courts of the City of São Paulo (SP) have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rules that may apply.
